Our area of operation is Central London with preferred sales values between £400-£1,000 sq.ft albeit consideration will be given to all genuine opportunities. Current focus is on 100% private schemes.

PPG have great experience of taking sites through the planning process with delivery in Joint Ventures and can structure a deal dependent upon the vendor’s requirements.
