As Group Chairman, Paul brings an extensive knowledge of property construction and Development to the table with over 35 years’ experience. During this time Paul has built up a substantial UK property investment portfolio and carried out numerous residential and commercial developments in London and the South East, with an emphasis on steady growth and strategic acquisitions the business continues to go from strength to strength.

Group Operations Director
Since graduating with a Design degree in 2001, Luke joined a group subsidiary shortly after and quickly moved through the ranks on a post graduate initiative, being appointed Director of Passion Property Group in 2010.
Following his Directorship appointment, Luke has overseen full re-organisation of the groups daily management operations, integrating state-of-the-art estates development software for the Groups portfolio and undertaken full construction project management schemes including: new build, high-end conversions, to bespoke and boutique apartments, a mixture of which being retained as privately rented buildings for the group portfolio.
Luke continues work closely with company Directors on group business development, whilst also seeking out new and exciting future opportunities.

Alvyda Tumaite
Accounts Technician
Alvyda joined Passion Property Group in 2010 in the role of Property Assistant before taking on a managerial role for the Group, and recently starting her Accounting studies. Quickly becoming an accounts technician, Alvyda continues to progress with her studies whilst supporting the Groups accounting and property management team.

Joseph joined from CBRE, where he specialised in Residential Capital Markets focusing on the Build to Rent, Co-Living and Single-Family Housing sectors. He is also an RICS Chartered Surveyor and registered valuer, having previously focused on Living and Affordable Housing Valuations.

Tess joins us from Gravita, bringing extensive experience in financial reporting, audit, and commercial advisory work. Her professionalism, depth of knowledge, and pragmatic approach will significantly strengthen our finance function as we continue to grow and evolve.
